We have just returned from a relaxing holiday in Cable Beach, WA. We stayed in a beautiful villa in the Bali Hai Resort and Spa . It was bliss. During our stay I spent three hours at the spa, and i don’t think i have ever been more relaxed in my entire life.

We went there with close friends of ours, who are getting married at Cable Beach club resort and spa mid 2010. I took a few photos of them which i have included in this post.

I have plenty of exciting things on the horizon including a trip to Western Australia to shoot a wedding on an outback station, where the movie Australia was filmed!! I am back in the office now and just about to take my holiday voicemail off my phone. Looking forward to an amazing 2010!!

Today we had the grandparents over!!! Great Grandma brought the trampoline for the kids for Christmas. She had to come and check it out and watch them in action!! At 81 years old, she managed to get up there and have a jump too!!!!

Madison is always right by my side. She loves to help me take in the washing. It is sweet, although it takes three times as long! hehe.

Another personal project i am doing is a self portrait one. I am taking a photo of myself for 52 weeks. It is so hard to be on the other side of the camera, but I have to learn to do this more often for my kids to look back on… Hopefully at the end of the 52 weeks, i won’t take up as much of that bed! hehe

2/31 | photo-a-day challenge

Today was a quiet one. I had a fair bit of work to get done, and it was rather cool and overcast.. so we just stayed at home. Caleb was being quite nice to his sister today!!! Here he is giving her a kiss!!!! Awwww!!!

Miss Madison adores cooking for us!!! This was taken after she was bathed and ready for bed. Second photo is her throwing a tantrum!!!!! She is still breastfeeding when she wakes and just before bed. Here she was wanting a feed, and i was refusing as i had some photos to take!!! Mean Mummy!!!!!

One of the best things about living back in Sydney for a few months, is being able to catch up with some beautiful friends. Today i did a session for a friend of mine and her two STUNNING girls. I completely adore all things ‘girl’, as does Allegra, so we had so much fun today!!!

The girls were such perfect little models and what beautiful ‘props’ Teena has in her house. That cot is a photographers dream. I only wish there was enough time to photo the girls in each inch of their beautiful bedrooms!!!
